  • Labor Phases-The required Item will automatically be setup when you crete a new labor phase and any modification to a labor phase will automatically update the relate item. 
  • Items - Items that are linked to a labor phase are locked to prevent accidental changes to the required item since the item and labor phase must be in sync at all times.
  • Inventory - You can now automatically add all items on the re-order list to the Purchase Manager Que from the inventory Module. They will show as Stock items in the Que.
  • Items-The stock tab now show Qty in Que and Qty on order.

  • Invoices-Added a log to invoices that tracks when an invoices is created, opened, printed, emailed, or pdf created. The log is located on References Pop Over.
  • Projects - Archiving a project will prompt you to automatically archive all related work orders.
  • Sales Order - Removing a product will automatically archive the Project Task. If you restore the item the task will be un archived.
  • Invoices - Added a new move function to allow you to move invoice lines around and insert new lines anywhere. Click on the record number on the left to access these new features
  • Invoice  -Added Serial number Field to Invoice Delivered Box
  • Sales Order - Substitute  like item now available. This will allow you to Substitute an item with another item that will sell for the very same cost. This function will not appear on a change order BUT does require an active change order to access the functions.
  • PO - Added the replace function here as well to allow you to substitute and item.
